_Helpdesk focal point
which involves being the recipient of enquiries, complaints, suggestions, etc. across the range of Facilities Management matters and the liaison with occupants.
_General contract Management
which may include responsibility for obtaining performances from the range of consultants, contractors and suppliers engaged.
_Financial Management
which involves the formulation of bids and the control of cost allocations for appropriate functions.
_Health and Safety
includes the shared responsibility for the health and safety of occupants, visitors, contractors and those in and around the property, as well as required measures in case of emergency (E.G. fire, earthquake, etc.).
